Most athletes are aware of the importance of applying ice or cold therapy to an injured ankle , particularly if swelling is present. However, the importance of compression in addition to cold is often overlooked, increasing the time needed to reduce swelling. The Flexibrace ankle wrap combines cold and hot therapy plus compression in an easy to use support with none of the mess associated with ice / hot water. The high spliced heel design provides added support and compression of Achilles. Two lateral pouches fit 2 gel packs that drives cold deep to help reduce swelling and prevent stiffness after injury. Extended coverage on top of foot reduces swelling in hard to reach areas.

* Ideal for treatment of foot and ankle injuries including ankle sprains, acute tendon injuries.
* Re-freezable packs with none of the mess experienced with ice alone.
* Re-microwavable packs for easy hot temperature treatment.
* Universal size (no small, medium etc), will fit either foot (left or right)
Instructions:
To warm, place pack in microwavable container, set the microwave at medium power, and heat pack at 30 second intervals until desired temperature is achieved, or submerge pack completely with 80 - 90°C water for 3 - 5 minutes. For cold compress, place in freezer for one hour before using.
