Night Splint is primarily intended for treating Plantar Fasciitis and Achilles Tendonitis, and may be ideal for other conditions recommended by a physician.This light weight Night Splint is designed to impart an effective passive stretch for Plantar Fasciitis symptoms located on the bottom of the foot.  Designed with comfort in mind, these splints feature thick padding throughout the shell and straps to control the amount of stretch necessary for effective treatment. The straps impart up to a 10 degree dorsiflexion stretch at the ankle. It has a non-slip sole tread that adds safety when getting out of bed at night (not recommended for walking). In addition, the padding features a washable Lycra covering that is cool against the skin and easily washable - simply remove the liner and hand wash. FREE wedge that fits under the front of the foot to increase the angle and the effectiveness of the stretch.
